DineBack is a WhatsApp membership and loyalty product operated by Orange AI Lab for restaurants and service businesses.
When a person messages a DineBack-connected WhatsApp business number, we may receive WhatsApp user ID, phone number or WhatsApp identifier, profile name, message text, message ID, timestamp, delivery status metadata, opt-in or opt-out status, membership ID, loyalty points, visit records, and related restaurant account information.
We use this data to provide WhatsApp membership features, reply to customer-initiated messages, maintain loyalty records, support restaurant owner dashboards, troubleshoot delivery issues, and operate account security and compliance workflows.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by Orange AI Lab, restaurant account administrators, hosting providers, and Meta WhatsApp Business Platform as needed to operate the service.
We retain data only as needed to operate DineBack, support restaurants, and
meet legal or operational requirements. To request deletion, email
ivankwok113.developer@gmail.com with your WhatsApp phone
number and the request title "DineBack data deletion".
